We expect you to complete our in-house training which will give you the skills you need to excel within your role.  The customer is key and the training provided covers all areas of Customer Service such as your listening and questioning skills, motivation and attitude.  We also cover personal wellness, personal responsibility and how to overcome challenges in the workplace.


We know that people learn in different ways, so we provide different types of training. This includes classroom-based learning, on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring.
